aurate is currently in beta testing. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice. We are actively developing and improving the service based on user feedback.
By using aurate during the beta period, you acknowledge that the service may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions, and that your experience may not be representative of the final product.
When using aurate, you agree to:
All content, design, branding, and technology comprising the aurate platform (including the Vibe Card design, scoring methodology, and AI prompt architecture) are the intellectual property of AURATE AI LTD. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
Your session data (Vibe Scores, performance metrics, and generated feedback) belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time via your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
By using aurate, you acknowledge and agree that:
aurate uses Stripe to process all payments. By purchasing session credits or upgrading your tier, you agree to the following.
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services after purchase. aurate session credits are digital content provided as soon as you complete checkout, so the law requires us to ask for your express consent to start performance immediately and your acknowledgement that this waives your 14-day cancellation right for credits you've consumed.
At checkout, you'll be asked to confirm: "I want my credits available immediately. I understand that by ticking this, I waive my 14-day right of cancellation for any credits I consume. Unused credits can still be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase."
After purchase, you will receive a written confirmation of this waiver by email, satisfying the durable-medium requirement under Regulation 37(2) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Session credits are non-transferable and are consumed as described on the product page at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe and aurate does not store your full card details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. All identifiable data is permanently removed. If and when our anonymised benchmarking engine is activated, anonymised data (which contains no PII) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. The benchmarking engine is not active today; we will update this policy in the same PR that activates it.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the application. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
