aurate

aurate Passport — fund live interview practice for your candidates

One Passport funds one full session for one named candidate: the complete multi-segment pressure interview, ending in a complete Vibe Card. You send better-prepared people into the interviews that count — and the session itself stays theirs.

How Passport works

Send us their email

You tell us who you're sponsoring. We issue a Passport per candidate and email each one a personal redemption link — it works only for the person it was issued to.

They claim it

Your candidate creates their own aurate account (or signs in) and accepts the Passport under aurate's standard consumer terms. From that point, the relationship over the session is between aurate and them.

They face the full session

A live, voice-first AI interview of around 30 minutes, calibrated to their resume and the role they're going for — adaptive follow-ups, real pressure, the same Ultra-grade session at the top of our consumer range.

They keep the feedback

The session ends with the complete Vibe Card — full feedback, marked with its Passport badge. Theirs to act on before the interview that matters.

aurate is the practice layer between your human conversations — reps and honest feedback your candidates get around your coaching, not a replacement for it.

Who sponsors a Passport

Recruitment agencies & recruiters

Better-prepared candidates interview better and place more often. But hand-prepping every candidate before every client interview doesn't scale — and generic mock tools don't know the role.

Give the candidates you're already invested in a Passport: a full-pressure session calibrated to the exact role you're putting them forward for, taken before the interview that matters.

  • Role-calibrated — the client's job description and the candidate's resume shape the session, not a generic template.
  • A sharper first interview raises your placement signal — and candidates remember who sent them in prepared.
  • A tangible, premium value-add for your candidate relationships — not another content library.
  • Nothing to integrate — you send an email address; we handle issue, redemption, and the session.

Differentiate on candidate experience and send people into client interviews match-fit.

Universities & careers services

One-to-one coaching doesn't scale to a cohort, and workshops can't simulate the pressure of being in the room.

Fund Passports for the students who need the real thing: a live, adaptive interview calibrated to grad programs, placements, or internships in their field.

  • Every sponsored student gets the full session and the full feedback — not a cut-down student version.
  • No timetabling, no booking — students take their session when they're ready.
  • Each student finishes with a concrete Vibe Score and a fix-first analysis they can bring straight into your careers appointments.

Raise the floor on interview readiness for the students you sponsor — before the graduate market tests them.

Outplacement & career-transition firms

Employers already fund per-head transition support — but content libraries and portals don't rebuild interview confidence after a redundancy.

Add a live practice layer to the support you already deliver: honest, adaptive interview pressure, with feedback your consultants can coach against.

  • A modern simulation layer on top of your existing program — live practice, not more content.
  • The session and its feedback belong to the individual — your consultants build on what they choose to share.
  • Real reps and honest scoring for people walking back into a market they didn't choose to re-enter.

Give departing employees something that actually moves their next interview — not another login.

Their session is theirs

Passport is built candidate-first, and the boundary is structural — there is no sponsor dashboard, no sponsor login, and no sponsor reporting surface at all.

  • You receive nothing at the individual level — not scores, not feedback, not even whether the session was completed.
  • The candidate owns the session and the full Vibe Card, under aurate's standard consumer Terms and Privacy Policy. Your role is funding the seat.
  • Candidates are told exactly that when they accept — trust in that boundary is what makes a sponsored seat get used.

What your candidate walks away with

  • The full sessionThe complete multi-segment pressure interview — around 30 minutes of live, adaptive questioning that responds to what they actually say.
  • The full Vibe CardVibe Score plus sub-scores across logic, specificity, resilience, and synthesis — the complete scorecard at full fidelity, marked with a Passport badge.
  • The fix listA fix-first critical-gap analysis: the biggest gap in their performance, and what to do about it before the real interview.

Privacy-First Design

Privacy is the foundation, not a feature flag. The same handling applies whether a session runs for one candidate or one thousand.

  • AudioAudio is never recorded — it's transcribed in real time by Google Gemini so the interview can respond, streaming straight from the candidate's browser to Google. The session transcript is retained with the candidate's account to produce an accurate Autopsy, and deleted when they delete it, or after 18 months, whichever comes first.
  • Resume and role contextA candidate's resume and target role shape their interview and the plan we build from them. We retain these with the candidate's account so the Autopsy is accurate and a past plan can be reopened without re-entering details, and they're deleted when the candidate deletes their account.

Beyond Passport

Passport is what you can sponsor today. Two further directions are in development — and we're honest about their status:

First-round screening for hiring teams

A separate future product in which the employer receives structured output per candidate. That's the opposite data posture to Passport — which is exactly why we won't blur the two. It isn't available today; if you'd like to shape a pilot, tell us below.

Co-branding, white-label & integrations

Passport is aurate-branded throughout: you fund the seat, the candidate owns the experience, and your organization is named to them as the funder. Co-branding, white-label deployment, and ATS integrations are roadmap conversations, not current capabilities — we'll be specific about what's standard versus custom before anything is agreed.

We don't have client logos to show you, fabricated testimonials, or accuracy claims from a sample size we'd trust. What we do have: a shipped product, a clear point of view on what AI should and shouldn't do around hiring, and the time to talk through whether Passport fits the people you support.

Frequently asked questions

Passports are sold in small batches on introductory partner terms, agreed directly — there's nothing to buy on this page. Get in touch, tell us how many people you support, and we'll be straight about what it costs.

Nothing at the individual level — no scores, no feedback, not even completion. The session and its outputs belong to the candidate under aurate's consumer Terms and Privacy Policy. We deliberately offer no sponsor reporting.

Just an email address. Each candidate receives a personal redemption link that works only for them; they create their own aurate account (or sign in), accept the Passport, and set their context — resume and the job description. A redemption link is valid for 30 days, and a claimed Passport is valid for another 30.

No. Passport is aurate-branded throughout — your organization is named to the candidate as the funder, and that's the extent of the branding. Co-branding and white-label are roadmap conversations, not what Passport is today.

No — the opposite. Screening tools have the employer evaluate candidates and receive their results; that's a separate future product on our roadmap. With Passport you evaluate nobody and receive nothing — you fund practice for people you already back.

Fast. There's no integration and no procurement-shaped onboarding — once terms are agreed, seats are issued the day you send us candidate emails. We're onboarding UK launch partners first.

You fund the seat. They own the session. Everyone walks into the real interview better prepared.
