• What is aurate?

• What if the simulation becomes overly stressful?

• How do the free sessions work?

  You get 2 free lifetime sessions when you sign up. Each one is a 5-minute focused interview on one of the most common trip-up questions. No payment required.

• Will I lose a session if I end early?

  If the session ends in under a minute, it isn't counted. Once you're into the interview it counts, and you still get a marked card on what you covered.

• What does the paid plan include, and how do I pay?

  Every paid option includes the same product: full ~30-minute pressure interviews, each ending in the complete marked card with the full breakdown behind it. Pay £20 a month for 5 credits, or buy a one-off £15 pack of 3 credits to use within 90 days. A full interview costs 1 credit; shorter focused Rooms cost half a credit. Subscriptions cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for — and you can add an extra credit for £5 while your plan is active.

• Is my audio data stored?

  No. aurate is built with privacy-first design. Audio is streamed directly between your browser and Google Gemini. We never record, store, or have access to your audio.

• How does the marking work?

  At the end of each session, the AI analyzes your responses and generates your score, sub-scores for logic, specificity, resilience, and synthesis, theme-by-theme coverage, and a fix-first critical-gap analysis.

• Can I use aurate on mobile?

  Yes. aurate is a Progressive Web App that works on any modern browser. For best results, use a quiet environment with a stable internet connection.

• How do I contact support?
