Every session earns a scorefrom 0–100, built from four performance dimensions and mapped to a coaching band. You'll see the full breakdown — your score, each dimension, and exactly where you gained and lost ground — on your card afterwards.

The five coaching bands
- Exceptional75–100Clear mastery with specific examples that exceed expectations for the stated level.
- Competent60–74Solid, structured responses with relevant content — meets the bar for the level.
- Developing45–59Engaged meaningfully but answers lacked depth, specificity, or structure.
- Building30–44Significant gaps yet — vague, unfocused, or struggled to provide relevant examples. The shape of a next step is clear.
- Early Foundations0–29Did not yet demonstrate this dimension — the next interview is the moment to practise.
