  • [45–59]Developing.Engaged meaningfully but answers lacked depth, specificity, or structure.
  • [30–44]Building.Significant gaps yet — vague, unfocused, or struggled to provide relevant examples. The shape of a next step is clear.
  • [0–29]Early Foundations.Did not yet demonstrate this dimension — the next interview is the moment to practise.
